Justin has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years, serving clients across the country. He has a passion for communicating clear solutions for complex financial topics. As the founder of JS Wealth Planning, he strives to ensure each client receives a personal, customized experience.

Justin graduated from St. Mary’s College of Moraga with a major in Business and minor in Philosophy. While earning his degree, he played division one baseball as a pitcher. He furthered his education by earning a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and later went on to earn a Master’s in Financial Analysis & Investments Management (MS-FAIM).

Justin began his career working with a boutique RIA in Walnut Creek before moving to Sonoma County to be closer to family.  While advising clients in Sonoma County, Justin became a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder and eventually went on to earn his CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™) designation. 

Justin lives in Windsor, CA with his wife, Ashley, and their labrador retriever.  They like to spend their time hiking and enjoying outdoor activities together.  In the winter, you will find him snowboarding the mountain slopes and in the warmer months, golfing at the local courses.  With family close by, Justin actively helps with the small family winery, Due Ruscelli Vineyards.
